KM has to be an up-to-date tool guiding our social behavior.
Also for the Leaders it has to be used not with rigidity but with flexibility and the desire for continuous innovative change.In our contemporary global society every domain of human and social activity has to be founded on knowledge and continuous learning.So managing our contemporary knowledge is the corn-stone for our evolution but also and the mean which will bring us together.Our global village will become friendly without borders and also a hard kernel for
preserving and saving our cultural identity in an environment of ethical transparency and mutual understanding.

Yes but, isn't it true that all of us, in what ever culture and what ever corner of this small world, are managing our knowledge in one way or the other anyway?

I guess what we are trying to talk about here is Knowledge Management in organisations and among groups of people? And how to do this in a more efficient and effective way?

To the benefit of - first of all - our individual selves (or is this too much occidental thinking?) and to the benefit of those groups we as individuals wish to belong to or to contribute to?

Should we clarify this more?
