What Price Water? User participation in paying for community-based water supply, with particular emphasis on piped systems

Catalogues different types of community financing systems and discusses what mechanisms for cost recovery are available, under what circumstances they can be applied and their advantages and disadvantages, with cases from the field. Pays special attention to introducing the options to the community and to organizational development at the local level to support the chosen revenue generating system.
