RCN Kerala - SEUF

In 2004 a contract was signed between IRC and the Socio Economic Unit Foundation (SEUF) in the state of Kerala, India, to collaborate in the RCD programme. SEUF has been a long time partner of IRC in a wide range of activities. RCN Kerala is set up as a network currently called WASHnet Kerala. It is led by a small RCD team in SEUF in close collaboration with a number of other sector agencies in Kerala.
