The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is recruiting consultants to oversee a US $ 16.5 million (EUR 13.2 million) grant to help restore and improve access to water supply and sanitation facilities for the rural population in Aceh and Nias-North Sumatra affected by the tsunami disaster.
