Wetsus, centre for sustainable water technology

Wetsus focuses upon the development of treatment technologies for sustainable water. The main added value lies in the multidisciplinary use of biotechnology and separation technologies. Wetsus' research program is divided in five themes: Salts; Decentralized preparation of process and drinking water and treatment of waste water; Membrane bioreactors; Biofouling of membranes; and Energy from water.
