NEWAH (2004)

This report is an output of the workshop organised by NEWAH and IRC as a joint effort in Kathmandu, Nepal, on 15 September 2004. It contains summaries of working group discussions on following four topics followed by a summary of the plenary discussion and wrap-up:

  1. constraints in knowledge management (KM);
  2. benefits of KM;
  3. KM success stories; and
  4. scaling–up KM at organisational, network and sector level.
NEWAH KM Workshop

Consolidated statements are prepared on the basis of summary working group discussions. Self-evaluation and lessons learned on the organisation of workshop are included based on the responses of the 19 participants from 13 organisations, who attended the workshop.
