Great ethnic diversity, low literacy and high poverty levels

In the remote programme district of Muong Anh there are many ethnic groups including Tay and H’mong people. The sanitation situation is challenging and through the SSH4A programme they aim to train staff and give them skills and methods to raise the level of sanitation.
