This short film looks into the problems of women pump caretakers of the SWACH project in Rajasthan, India. The women were given training in preventive maintenance of pumps and hygiene. They also assisted in training new caretakers. The advantages, along with the problems of being a female caretaker are also briefly touched upon in this film.
