If you want to publish on Intranet, go to Intranet.

Under Portal management you can find manuals, guidelines, and the form to report problems / issues. You can add new issues under Issues - Incoming.

To prepare articles, and not publish them yet, you can use the drafts folder.
To experiment with the back-end use the Sandbox.
